Transformative Coaching for Emerging Leaders

If you’re a young and ambitious man or woman with a passion for leadership, I’d like to tell you a story…

George came to me for guidance and support one day because I’m an expert in working with young, ambitious, emerging leaders.

He earned just $275 a month as a bank teller (Cashier) in the small African nation of Liberia.

But more than that, he wasn’t happy; he wasn’t motivated, and he simply wasn’t able to provide for his family.

He wanted something more.

He wanted to make an impact.

He wanted to make a difference.

And it was clear to me that he was capable of so much more.

You see, I’m trained in deep coaching skills. I have a background in business development and leadership. And I have a passion for supporting young leaders.

So, I said, let’s talk.

He jumped at the opportunity.

And we went deep together.

He was open and honest and authentic. He shared what he’d really love to create, the impact he wants to make – right in Liberia – and the legacy he’d love to leave.

He left our conversation with a renewed sense of confidence.

George approached the leaders of his bank and made the case for a more challenging role.

They said, Yes.

He made the case for a salary increase.

They said, Yes.

And within a week he’d been offered a new position at almost DOUBLE his original salary.

But he wanted something more.

Not money.

So he applied for a job he wanted but didn’t feel he had a shot at.

And he was called in for an interview.

The evening before the interview George asked to speak with me because he was so scared and nervous.

His heart was pounding, his palms were clammy and beads of sweat were dripping down the sides of his forehead as he imagined this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity ahead of him.

We talked for almost an hour. And once again, he was open and honest, and authentic.

And once again, he left our conversation with a renewed sense of confidence.

He felt his power burning within him.

He knew – deep down – that he was destined for leadership.

And the next day, he aced the interview.

They offered him the position AND a salary of over $1500, which is a huge deal. These days, George gets to wake up every morning with a feeling of being intensely alive.

He’s making the impact he always wanted to make.

He’s making a contribution.

And he’s leaving a legacy.

There’s also the story of James.

He once ran a very successful construction business with his wife.

They were doing six figures annually.

And then things got bad.

The marriage went south.

The business collapsed.

James felt like a total looser.

He came to me at a very low point in his life.

He had blamed his estranged wife for all the misfortune

We went deep.

I Challenged him.

It was powerful.

There were tears (yes men do cry).

He took responsibility and realized that he was creating the SUFFERING he was enduring.

You see, because suffering is ALWAYS a choice

James re-awakened the power that was already in him.

Within 2 months, he was able to secure his first contract in 3 years.

He was back on his feet.

And then there are these other results from the high-performance deep coaching I take my clients through:

The CEO of a major tech company in Europe was losing his wife and family when I came into the picture. The passion is now more than ever at home.

A property developer was facing some mental blocks in raising $12M for his hotel & resort project. Within eight days of working together, he got an offer for $27M. Over twice the amount he needed.

I helped a struggling marketing consultant go from barely making $700 a month to having $2,000 days over and over again.

Are you an ambitious, young, and emerging leader?

Do you know – deep down – that you are capable of so much more?

Would you like to step into your power?

Would you like a renewed sense of inner confidence?

Would you like to build your resilience so you can bounce back from challenges?

Would you like to develop powerful communication skills?

Would you like to have such a deep purpose that you are driven forward, no matter what challenges you face?
Would you like to build a track record of success and a body of work that draws the attention of the leaders in your field?

Are you ready to invest in your personal development and your personal growth?

Are you ready to invest your time, energy, commitment, money, and focus in creating the life, the career, and the impact you’ve always dreamed of?

Then we should talk.

Because this is what I do.

But, before you reach out to me, let me tell you my deepest truth…

Let me be totally honest with you.

I’m not some superhero.

I’m not an American-style motivational speaker.

I’m not going to ‘save you’. (You’re already so much more powerful than you think.)

I’m a young and ambitious leader. Just like you.

At times I can be confident. And at times I can be overwhelmed by my fears, doubts, and insecurities.

I want the same things that you want – to be happy, to be respected, to be loved, to be appreciated. I want to take care of my Dad, who can no longer work. I want to take care of my family. You know that feeling, right?

And sometimes I feel like a fraud when I doubt myself or compare myself to other leaders who seem further down the path than me. Ever do that?

But I’m on a mission: to coach young and emerging business and political leaders across Africa and beyond.

If you’d like to have a powerful life-changing conversation, that is what I do.

Contact me by answering the 3 questions below:

What do you want to create in your life, career, or business?

Why do you want to create it?

What do you think has prevented you from creating the outcome you want?

I’ll reach out with a way I can support you.

And if you’re the kind of young and ambitious man or woman with a passion for leadership and legacy that I love to spend time with, I’ll invite you to speak with me (in person, by phone, or via Zoom).

And I promise you that – IF you are willing to play full out and IF you hold nothing back – our conversation will be so powerful that you will never forget it for the rest of your life.
